Booking Conditions

At Luxe Domination, we strive to ensure a seamless and secure booking process for our valued clients. To confirm your session, we require a 30% deposit upfront. This deposit secures your booking and demonstrates your commitment to the scheduled session. Please review the following booking conditions:

  1. Deposit Payment: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This can be paid via bank transfer, Throne, PayPal or Cash App.

  2. Booking Confirmation: Your session will be confirmed once the deposit is received. You will receive a confirmation email with the session details.

  3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. We will accommodate one rescheduling request without forfeiting your deposit minus £60 for dungeon/location hire.

  4. Cancellations: If you cancel your session less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit can be applied to a future booking within 30 days.

  5. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  6. Balance Payment: The remaining balance of your session fee is due upon arrival, before the session begins.

  7. Confidentiality: All booking information and communications are handled with the utmost confidentiality to ensure your privacy and discretion.
